I dont see any microsoft certificate for c programming language.
But you could find for Visual C# or Visual Studio .NET which includes vb vc++ etc.
Usually microsoft certificate exams are conducted online by Thomson sylvan prometric or VUE exam centers.

When i was installing windows operating system a question raised from my mind.Could you help me to clarify the doubt.
That is During windows os installation a blue screen is appear to everyone.Does the screen saver function work at that time?
